have the ® attached to it, and the appropriate
trademark statement should be on the site as well.

13. 10. Do I need to upgrade
my certification?
If you did ITIL exams prior to July2007 you
probably need to upgrade before you can do
further ITIL education.
ITIL Foundation -- you need to redo the ITIL 2011 Foundation
course & exam
ITIL Service Manager (red pin) -- there is a fast track program
for you.
If you have ITIL V3 certificates, you can
continue your education as per normal. No
upgrade required.
