John Birch, CPBA, CPVA, CAIA TriMetrix Certified   In 1997, John founded The Birch Group LLC, a consulting organization specializing in strategic/project planning, organizational effectiveness and training, business success coaching, as well as teambuilding and conflict resolution.  The Birch Group’s clients include The State of Connecticut, The City of New Britain, various insurance companies, Aerospace and other manufacturing companies as well as many New England colleges, non-profit organizations and municipalities.  The measure of his effectiveness is evident by the number of repeat customers who use John’s expertise for training and addressing a variety of organizational issues. John’s philosophy towards organizations is that they become living entities.  They grow, thrive or whither on the vine. His management experience includes managing strategic planning, human resources, expense planning/management, operational services, financial reporting and sales.   John graduated with honors from Central Connecticut State University.  He has received his prestigious Professional Behavioral Analyst, Values, Attributes and TriMetrix Certifications and has done significant post-graduate work in management and organizational behavior.  John has had additional intensive training in management/organizational effectiveness, strategic/project planning, teambuilding, total quality management, group facilitation and business success coaching. Developing Your Leadership and Top Performing Employees     Most CEO’s and business owners recognize that their most valuable asset and leading competitive advantage is the “right people in the right jobs.”  However, many of these same executives will clearly state that while they are willing to readily invest in improving and maintaining their physical plant and equipment, they are less willing to invest in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their management staff, top performers and emerging leaders.   In order to merely survive in today’s rapidly changing and highly competitive markets, executives need extraordinary results from ordinary people.
