WHY STORIES?
Stories give meaning and context to
what would otherwise be a collection
of easily forgettable facts.
A story, if broken down into
the simplest form is a
connection of cause and effect.
And that is exactly how we think.
Great stories invoke the
imagination to the point that
listeners begin to own them almost
as much as the teller.
If you examine great stories
throughout history,
you will inevitably find a protagonist
who digs deeper, works with scarce
resources, makes difficult decisions,
takes action despite risks,
and ultimately discovers the truth.
