teen is depressed talk with your teen. Try to
determine whether he or she seems capable of
managing challenging feelings or if life seems
overwhelming.

therapist. They will help your teen to get rid of
depression.
6. When to visit a Therapist ?
If your teen is depressed make a appointment with a
therapist as early as possible. Depression symptoms will
never get better on their own. It needs some therapy. If
depression get severe, then the thought of suicide may
come in mind.
Therefore if you find that depression
symptoms are very worse, then visit a
therapist as early as possible.
