Blog in 6 jaren ontwikkeld. Eerst heel basaal. Later met een titel per blog Weer later tussenkopjes en af en toe een foto. Ervaringen van anderen vooral delen. Zodat mensen zien dat je hoort en ziet wat er leeft. Dat ze gehoord worden. DOEL: leden informeren Delen van de werkzaamheden, zodat leden processen kunnen volgen Persoonlijke ervaringen maken een blog leuk en laten je leden weten dat je weet wat er bij hen leeft. Informele manier wat ideeen toetsen. Citaten in de agrarische pers. Makkelijke manier om je boodschap te doen. Eerst alleen op site van de LTO organisaties. Sinds vorig jaar ook op de algmene boerensite. Bewuste keuze om dit wel te doen. Via twitter zo gekomen. Geeft LTO meer exposure naar buiten toe. Weten ook niet-leden wat LTO doet. En geeft de organisatie een betere plek. Lezers: varierend van 1000 in de vakantie tot 13.500 bij topblogs. Wennen aan de reactie mogelijkheid. Bij LTO geen reactie mogelijkheid. Kan wel via de leden code. Gebeurt heel weinig. Op boerderij site kan in het openbaar gediscussieerd worden. Ik reageer zelf ook in de discussie. Soms stel ik nog nadere vragen.
Eerste tweet Aarzelend begin. Naam gekozen: PiggyPower1 .. Onzichtbaar. Pas later mijn profiel ingekleurd. Pas later ziek geworden. Noodgedwongen thuis. Meer tijd om rond te kijken… uitproberen… Omdat er veel lobby was tegen de varkenshouderij. Geen enkele veehouder te bekennen. Daardoor kunnen oefenen in relatieve rust. Langzamerhand steeds meer boeren. Ruim 500 volgers. Op twitter: aha de landbouw is ook op twitter...
Belangrijk om de sociale media bewust in te zetten als de mogelijkheid zich daar voordoet. Case Een van daag. Veel belezen, veel besproken. Ook in andere bijeenkomsten. Soms op andere vergaderingen gebruikt als voorbeeld. Wordt er nog verder over gepraat. Tot op de dag van vandaag.

Slim gebruik van de mogelijkheden. Koppeling aan linkedin en aan de website naar mijn tweets. Dan kunnen ook mensen die niet op twitter zitten, wel kennis nemen van je tweets.

Nu ze uit de politiek is, veranderen haar tweets. Ze is minder zichtbaar en stelt zich nu zeer terughoudend op.
