3. Definitions
• AA (Active Agent) – a Referral Agent who is current in any given month with their
monthly Success Center (back office) fee is considered “active” in the incredible
Innvia™ business opportunity and eligible to participate in the rewarding Innvia™
Financial Health Compensation Plan or Preferred Customer Program.
• Active Qualified (AQ) – to be considered “active qualified” and able to be
compensated in the Innvia™ Financial Health Plan, Referral Agents must meet the
required PV, GV, PEA and PC requirements.
• Agent (aka Referral Agent, Independent Referral Agent, Brand Partner,
Representative or Distributor) – anyone who purchases a qualified
enrollment/starter pack - i.e. enrolls into the Innvia™ opportunity.
4. Definitions
• PC (Personal Customer) – a personal customer is defined as a person you
personally have enrolled who has chosen one of the Innvia™ products and/or
services.
• PE (Personally Enrolled) – anyone you personally introduce to and sign up into
the Innvia™ business opportunity.
• PEA (Personally Enrolled Active) – all PE’s in the “active” status.
• PP (Product Point) – Every Innvia™ product sold will be assigned a specific CP
value (usually .25 to 3 pts per product or service)
5. Understanding Volume
• Rank – is based on GV
• Unilevel Commission – is based on CV

• Megastart Bonus – is based on BV
• PV (Personal Volume) – all volume from your direct personal sales/referrals
and from your personal purchases.
6. Understanding Volume
• BV (Bonus Volume) – Some product and service offered will be assigned BV
points instead of CV. BV points contribute to an individual’s overall volume but
do not factor into earning one-time bonuses and residual income. BV points
help Innvia™ Referral Agents earn rank and certain bonuses faster!
• CV (Commissionable Volume) – Every membership, product and service
offered for sale will be assigned CV points. Innvia™ representatives will earn
one-time bonuses and residual income based off the product’s assigned CV and
the product’s respective pay percentage.
• GV (Group Volume) or OV (Organizational Volume) = the total of all volume
points – PV, CV and BV.
7. Pay Periods
• Pay Period – pay periods define the start and stop dates and times for each
commission period. Innvia™ utilizes weekly, monthly and quarterly periods as
defined below:
• Weekly – each weekly period shall run 7 calendar days in duration beginning
