Tempo-Team is taking initial steps in social media marketing by establishing accounts on Twitter, YouTube, Hyves, and LinkedIn to engage in recruitment, customer relations, and brand awareness. Lessons learned are to adopt a helpful networking attitude of sharing without expectations, leverage second-degree connections, and build trust in one's expertise. Randstad integrated social media into traditional marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
