The sharp edge of the building gives this photograph a defining shape. The reflection that is given off on the other façade is also significant. However, the color that is amplified on the larger façade is crucial because it is so much more vivid than the actual sky in the photograph. The hard lines and edges also are very attractive to the viewer. This photograph is titled pinnacle due to its appearance. A pinnacle is a highest point or peak of some sort and I feel that this photograph and this part of the L’Institut du Monde Arabe is that a distinctive point. The greenery on the left edge also gives the addition of more color and more edge characteristic.
