1. UWT Logistics Increasing Local Presence
UWT Logistics, a world leader in supply chain services, signed a lease for 200,000 square feet in the
industrial building at 4221 Pilot Dr. in Memphis, TN.
The industrial warehouse totals 600,000 square feet and sits on 17.8 acres. Originally built in 1972,
the building was later renovated in 2002. The Pilot Distribution Center is centrally located in a
national logistics hub area, just minutes away from the BNSF Intermodal Yard, Memphis
International Airport, and UPS and FedEx hubs.

2. UWT Logistics has been operating in Memphis since 1934. Once a simple operation with about
150,000 square feet of warehouse space, UWT now has over a million square feet.
Elliot Embry of NAI Saig represented the tenant. Tim Mashburn of Colliers Mangement Services
LLC represented the landlord, Hillwood Investment Properties.
