Your aim is to gain the client’s acceptance to proceed with a full scale implementation of scenario-based training based on the demonstration and presentation of your prototype. Your presentation will need to emphasise i) the features and ii) the benefits of your product.

4. Pitching is about understanding what your client is most interested in, and developing a presentation that enables you to demonstrate that your product will satisfy the client’s requirements. Your pitch should “sell” the benefits of your product. Instead of simply demonstrating the features behind the product, highlight the benefits behind the features. A pitch is a presentation of an idea that seeks to gain acceptance, and often funding, to proceed with development.
