3. Create all the slides that you
would like to save as JPEG
picture files.
The slides will save exactly how
you created them and appear as
a picture. Be as detailed as
possible by customizing titles,
adding shapes, clip art, etc.
4. When you have all the slides
exactly how you would like them
to appear as pictures.
Click the Office Button,
this Menu will appear.

SAVE AS
6. Navigate to where
you would like your
JPEG files to save.
Title your Project Click the drop
down arrow by
Save as Type.
Scroll and select
JPEG FILE
INTERCHANGE
FORMAT.

will be saved in a

original PowerPoint

11. The PowerPoint slides will be saved as
JPEG picture files in the folder. Each JPEG
will be titled Slide 1, 2, etc. based on the
position of the slide in the original

12. These JPEGs can now
be used in a Photo
Story Movie Project,
on a website, printed,
etc.
These JPEG picture
files can be used just
like a photo taken
from a digital camera
or a photo
downloaded from the
internet.
