 Implement as a Clinical Project with IS support
Not the other way around!

 Don’t tell people what to do. Find out how they are
doing it now and how you can improve it (notice I
didn’t say “change”).
Keep your nurses happy
They are in the EMR 24/7, it needs to work for them
or you’ll never sell it to you docs.
