Trimurti Yoga is an international organization promoting and teaching Yoga. We specialize in
professionalYoga Teacher Trainings and Yoga Retreats. Our school is a team of experienced and
highly qualified teachers of various yoga styles and traditions, who previously studied under
many different masters and teachers – in India, Europe and US. We now come together to share
the beauty and benefits of yoga – on a practical and philosophical level. We work towards
integrating ancient Yogic traditions into our contemporary world and promoting yoga as an art
of living as well as a very effective path to complete well-being for the body, mind and soul. We
deeply believe that yoga is not only an ancient art, but also a very precious treasure which is
extremely helpful in our contemporary world full of stress and anxiety. Our mission is to share
our joy, health and bliss with people from all over the world. We are honored to take a part in a
charity project “Yoga for Society” together with an Indian NGO “Loving Lap”.

3. TTC 200
• 200 hours TTC is a first level of training which allows you to start teaching yoga all over the world.
With our certification you can get registered in Yoga Alliance.
• This is basic, but intensive yoga course for those who want to deepen their yoga practice, get to
know the history and philosophy of Yoga, learn Yogic anatomy and understand the influence of
asana practice on the human body. This course is especially dedicated to people who want to start
teaching Yoga and need appropriate certificate, however everyone is welcome here!
• The program of our Yoga TTC is based on Yoga Alliance Standards and includes:
• Techniques Training/Practice – Includes asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantras, meditation
and other traditional yoga techniques. These hours are a mix between (1) analytical training in how
to teach and practice the techniques, and (2) guided practice of the techniques themselves;
• Teaching Methodology – Includes principles of demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting,
instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, the student’s process of learning, and business
aspects of teaching yoga.
• Anatomy & Physiology – Includes both human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems,
organs, etc.) and energy anatomy and physiology (chakras, nadis, etc.). Includes both the study of
the subject and application of its principles to yoga practice (benefits, contraindications, healthy
movement patterns, etc).
• Yoga Philosophy/Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers – Includes the study of yoga philosophies,
yoga lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers.
• Practicum – Includes practice teaching, receiving feedback, observing others teaching and
hearing/giving feedback. Also includes assisting students while others are teaching
