There is a rapidly growing number of well organized
neighborhoods adopting the concept of creating RAs
& CDAs for their estates / streets.
We identified a business opportunity by providing a
niche web app solution to cater for the management
of a lion share of these Residents Associations .
No web solution of this kind exists here in Nigeria.

Babatunde Aguda
Tunde is the Lead Developer & Founder
of WebRelated Consulting, the Web
Development firm responsible for
RAMP. He has been actively involved in
web design and app development for
over a decade.
Originally a Quantity Surveyor by study
but opted into web development where
his heart truly belonged shortly before
graduating from Yaba College of
Technology.
Anas Amusan
Anas is a web developer at WebRelated
Consulting and has worked on several
web application projects as a team
member of WebRelated Consulting.
With a number of years experience he
has developed a sound skill in CSS,
PHP, MYSQL. Anas is a graduate of
Osun State University.
Mojisola Isaac
Mojisola is in charge of business

Her tasks are strictly business
development related regarding the
project planning and organization of
RAMP.
Moji studied Mass Communication at
The Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara

14. Parting Words
About 14 months ago, I conceived the RAMP Idea.
Initially I felt it was too big a task to personally
achieve. But an inner voice said it could be done.
About 3 months later, we started work developing
the initial prototype of RAMP, all by ourselves from
our little office here in Lagos, Nigeria.
RAMP is a product that we believe provides a critical
solution to vacuum in Real Estate Sector.
I smile to myself anytime I remember this was just an
Idea stuck in my head a little over a year ago.
