unit biaya tenaga kerja (labor cost) = total biaya tenaga
kerja per unit out-put yaitu rata-rata biaya tenaga kerja
dibagi dengan rata-rata tingkat out-put


    Output = Productivity
     Input
            For any type of organization

Cepat lambatnya pengerjaan
                                          suatu proyek akan sangat
                                              bergantung pada
                                         produktivitas pekerja proyek
                                           tersebut. Secara umum
                                          pekerja pada suatu proyek
                                           konstruksi akan terdiri:
                                                 Tukang besi
                                              Tukang bekisting
 Karena perbedaan volume pekerjaan
 yang bisa diselesaikan dalam suatu              Tukang Cor
waktu, maka produktivitas ketiga jenis
     pekerja akan berbeda pula

Output = Productivity
                                         Input
                        Produktivitas bisa kita dapatkan dengan membagi
                         volume pekerjaan yang telah terpasang dengan
                            jumlah man-days yang dibutuhkan untuk
                        penyelesaian pekerjaan sebesar volume tersebut.
          Diketahui : Tukang besi berjumlah 10 orang bekerja selama 30 hari.
                        Volume besi terpasang adalah 40.000 kg.
             Hitunglah produktivitas pekerja besi tersebut selama 1 bulan.
Total man-days = Hari kerja x Jumlah pekerja
: 30 x 10 = 300 man-days
Produktivitas = Volume (output) / Man- days (input)
= 40.000 / 300
= 133 kg/orang/hari
Jadi produktivitas tukang besi adalah 133,33 kg/orang/hari. Atau dengan kata lain seorang
tukang besi dapat memasang 133,33 kg besi per harinya.

  • 6. Cepat lambatnya pengerjaan suatu proyek akan sangat bergantung pada produktivitas pekerja proyek tersebut. Secara umum pekerja pada suatu proyek konstruksi akan terdiri: Tukang besi Tukang bekisting Karena perbedaan volume pekerjaan yang bisa diselesaikan dalam suatu Tukang Cor waktu, maka produktivitas ketiga jenis pekerja akan berbeda pula © HRM 03 Created by Sugiharto, SH.MM 2012

Output = Productivity Input Produktivitas bisa kita dapatkan dengan membagi volume pekerjaan yang telah terpasang dengan jumlah man-days yang dibutuhkan untuk penyelesaian pekerjaan sebesar volume tersebut. Diketahui : Tukang besi berjumlah 10 orang bekerja selama 30 hari. Volume besi terpasang adalah 40.000 kg. Hitunglah produktivitas pekerja besi tersebut selama 1 bulan. Total man-days = Hari kerja x Jumlah pekerja : 30 x 10 = 300 man-days Produktivitas = Volume (output) / Man- days (input) = 40.000 / 300 = 133 kg/orang/hari Jadi produktivitas tukang besi adalah 133,33 kg/orang/hari. Atau dengan kata lain seorang tukang besi dapat memasang 133,33 kg besi per harinya. © HRM 03 Created by Sugiharto, SH.MM 2012
