His responsibilities included:
 Office Secretariat Coordination and General Administration support.
 Representation of the company in a professional manner at all times to both Clients and
Suppliers.
 Acting as a hub for communication. Dealing with Exhibitors and suppliers via telephone,
e-mail, posts and Fax, answering incoming queries regarding the current status or
progress of the Trade Fair.
 Assisting the Event Management Office during planning phase, and act effectively and
promptly during the Execution phase and later on, after the Closing phase of the Event,
preparing the detailed Documentation of the Trade Fair for the future purpose.
 Preparing Presentations and other necessary reports and documents for office
presentations, meetings, seminars and events.
 Entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and
finalizing the process of appointment to recruit the temporary staffs for the Trade Fair.
 Promoting the Trade Fairs or any events by issuing official invitation letter to the guests
and later on, receiving the special guests and arranging accommodation for them.
During his tenure with us, we found him sincere, hard-working and he bears a good moral conduct. He
