Scaled Agile Framework es uno de los marcos de referencia para escalado de Agile que mayor aceptación está teniendo a día de hoy, sobre todo cuando hablamos de grandes organizaciones. El marco SAFe parte de las capas de abstracción clásicas de una organización para estructurar un cambio de perspectiva y de cultura basándose en los 4 valores y 9 principios Lean-Agile, apoyándose además en las prácticas Scrum-XP de desarrollo de productos. - Si no tienes problemas de comunicación y/o coordinación dentro de tu empresa …entonces muy probablemente no sea necesario escalar Agile
- Si ya eres ágil, no necesitas escalar O incluso si no tienes claro si deberías o no escalar (Dolores del crecimiento) Seguramente no tengas que hacerlo!

- Los procesos son muy importantes porque emanan de nuestros valores y principios, y los evidencian. Pero los procesos sin estar basados en valores y principios no sirven para nada
- Si ya eres ágil, no necesitas escalar O incluso si no tienes claro si deberías o no escalar (Dolores del crecimiento) Seguramente no tengas que hacerlo!
- SAFe es un modelo de referencia, te enseña cosas que ya han sido probadas y funcionan en contextos de grandes organizaciones. Pero no prescribe ni obliga a utilizar todas las herramientas, procesos o roles, tu coges lo que consideras que necesitas teniendo en cuenta el contexto en el que estás trabajando…
