This is the first holiday weekend of FYI 4 and puts us just over one week into the USAG Red Cloud and Area I Winter Safety Campaign. Commanders and Directors will ensure they are well versed on the requirements of the winter campaign plan before this holiday weekend. Our objective is for each Soldier and US Civilian employee to have a memorable holiday and to return safely.
