Dear Sir,
The Consultancy service for skill gap analysis and initial diagnostic for
capacity building and Institutional strengthening (CBIS) was awarded to
M/s CRISIL Risk and infrastructure solutions Limited, Gurgaon vide LOA
No. THDC/RKSH/CC-299A/AG dated 01-05-2014.
Vide their dated 16th May, 2014, M/s CRISIL had requested for
replacement of 04 key personnel which includes 03 personnel from
their sub-consultant, Hay Group.
Subsequently vide letter dated 26-06-2014, it has clarified by M/s CRISIL
that the key professionals from the Hay Group (being its sub –
consultant) would not be able to continue this assignment .They have
expressed their doubt over the commitment and full time involvement
of key professionals belonging to their Sub –consultant i.e. Hay Group.
Therefore they have proposed to deploy replace key professionals who
could dedicatedly execute the assignment with the precision.
Considering their request for replacement of 04 personnel ,evaluation
of the credential of the key personnel proposed by CRISIL was done by
the Committee based on the same criteria adopted at the time of
techno commercial evaluation .It is concluded by the Committee that
personnel are equivalent or better in terms of profile and experience for
carrying out the assignment .
