Toll Bros Luxury Homes in the Paseos of Summerlin

Toll Bros is now building single story luxury homes in t he
Paseos of Summerlin. Santaluz is a gated community,
located just North of Paseo Park. It’s in a beautiful desert
setting with the Red Rock Canyon Conservation area next- door
and less than 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants and all the
amenities of Summerlin.
Toll Brothers has established itself as one of our most
popular luxury home builders. Their homes are available
in the resale market at several locations, including the nearby
Red Rock Country Club. For those who prefer to start new and
pick their own upgrades, the Santaluz community will not
disappoint. Construction started in this subdivision a few
months ago. Initially, the sales staff was operating out of a
O ve r -s i z e d g r e a t r o o m i n th e Me s s i n a Fl o o r p l a n
trailer. This past week they opened two model homes that are
sure to Wow even the fussiest buyer. We were very impressed
with the model homes. In fact, it would be difficult for us to decide which of the plans they have modeled that we would
prefer. They both have beautiful features and you can see touches like the upgraded fireplace in the Messina that you
can do with Toll Bros.
Three f loor plans are available:
The largest of the models is the Trapani. From the moment
you open the door of the model, you will feel the “Wow” factor.
It has a large entry hall. Just off the entry hall is a hallway that
leads to and office and two spacious bedrooms with a shared
bath. This corner of the 2874 sf home is on the opposite
corner from the master suite. A formal dining room is featured
in this plan with windows that open onto a side courtyard and a
butler’s pantry leading to the kitchen.
The Trapnai features a large great room with windows
overlooking the covered patio and a pool siz ed backyard.
The kitchen includes a large breakfast island with the laundry

room conveniently located behind the cooking area on one
side. On the other side is a huge walk in pantry. You’ll want it

You won’t be disappointed in the spacious master suite either. It features a view of the backyard, space for a
retreat/sitting area. The master bath has a vanity with dual sinks, a 6′ soaking tub and enclosed shower. This master
includes a huge walk- in closet, the largest closest of the three homes available in Santaluz . In mid December, base

outdoor sitting area. The standard Messina model is 2684 sf

see in the model of this plan, the tandem garage can be
converted into a guest casita with a walk in closet and full bath.
When the garage is converted into a casita, the home offers
approximat ely 2900 sf of living space.
When you enter the front door, you’re greeted with a beautiful
den and an over- siz ed great room. In the model of this home,
the great room features a wet bar. The standard home will
have a closet where the wet bar is located. While the storage
space is nice, we really like the way the wet bar leaves the
room open so you have a view of the backyard from the
moment you enter the home. Second and third bedrooms are
at the front of the main home. They share a bath with dual
sinks and a tub/shower combo.
