    1. Find the person who makes the purchase decision. Pitch your business idea to him/her and if he/she says 'We will buy it' start building your product.

    2. Find other customers who are willing to pay you for your prototype.

    3. Modify your prototype into something scalable.

    4. Fire the founders and get a business guy to run the company.

    (5.) No Business Pan survives first contact with the customers.

    I will apply what I learned as good as I can to my startup
