Enterprise 2.0 aims to help employees, customers and suppliers collaborate, share, and organize information.” Enterprise 2.0 uses internal and external communities. External communities or social virtual communities are people interconnected on the web and passionate by a topic or an expertise. Internalcommunitiesare groups or units working as a team and groups of people passionate about a topic or an expertise.
