inducted in to the Baseball
Hall of Fame.

Hall of Fame for 2014

5. Like every year, this year too there were new additions to the
baseball hall of fame, greats of the game who are known for
their contribution to the sport.
Among the legends chosen to be honored this year were Greg
Maddux and Tom Glavine, slugger Frank Thomas and managers
Joe Torre, Bobby Cox and La Russa

6. These heroes were felicitated in front of a record crowd of 48,000
who jostled for space on the meadows behind the Clarks Sports
Center. This was the second biggest crowd at any induction
ceremony ever.
