This is a presentation that I prepared to present the article by Peter Drucker as part of my course work at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).

3. How do I perform? How a person performs is a given; Cannot be changed easily Reader vs. listener Peoples person or loner; What relationships? Team member vs. Coach Decision Maker vs. Advisor Bottom-line: Do not Try to change; Improve at what you are good at
4. Values Not ethics; the mirror test of ethics Conflicts of Personal Values vs. Corporate Values Match required to produce results Incremental Improvements vs. Breakthrough Short Term vs. Long Term growth Conflict between personal strengths and values Values are Ultimate Test
5. Where Do I Belong? Or Where I do not belong Learn to say NO Life is a response to opportunities through Strengths Preparation Knowing the method of one’s work Knowing where one belogs
6. What Should I Contribute? Choice of Career – What You want to do? Knowledge Workers: Transition from What you are told to do One should do one’s own thing To: What should be my Contribution Requirement of the situation Contribution based on strengths, values and way of performing Results that needed to be achieved to make a difference Stretch not Break
7. Responsibility for Relationships Others are Individuals too – Respect them “Manage” your Boss Depend on others by leveraging their strengths Take Responsibility for Communication to avoid personality conflicts – It’s your duty Organizations are built on Trust not force
