3. Vivek held a tiny vial – “See this”? Our country has many villages where farmers are not able to use their land fully. In a year (used only for 3 to 4 months) due to economical Problem and climate. I want to establish such farm-cum-industry in which we produce foods & vegetables by the co-operation of farmer and using their lands. In our country farmers buy vegetables at very low cost from the broker but broker make these price very high. So, the market price increase, I want to produce food & vegetables direct in land and delivered straight to customers. “ I refined and re-refined the idea to reach the final stage”. THE IDEAS :-
4. In our country there are several underdeveloped states in the field of technical agriculture like Jharkhand, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Orissa, and some parts of Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra etc. In these places agriculture is done by the older method yet. Due to many factors like poverty, illiteracy and insufficient government support farmers are not able to use their land whole of the year and specially at that time when there is heavy rainfall. considering above problems of farmers I want to establish such a industry in which I will produce the products by the scientific method. By this we can utilize the whole of the land and increase the production according to the market requirement. WHY :-
5. There will be great job opportunity which will really decrease the poverty. The production will also increase and hence it decreases the market price. Pollution will also be in control. EFFECTS :-
6. HOW :- I invite all the farmers in our industry, who is not able to produce foods in their land for whole of the year, due to economical problem or illiteracy. I invite those farmer who have good economical background and is not able to produce food by the scientific ways of ploughing and cultivating. According to governmental report each farmer got profit 10,000/acres in one year. These farmers grow mainly mono crop which can lead to profits for one times during the whole of the year. So, finally I have decided to do work in their land by the scientific way. By observing the factors like rainfall, soil fertility, water preserving capacity of soil, temperature and land structure I have found that multicropping, intercropping, mixed and relay cropping can be done by making good water shades and good leveling of plots. By this method, we can increase the production and also get the profit.

14. Generally the mono crop is practice and for more than 60% of this available mono crop area may be raised to double crop or triple crop. It is understood that the best mono crop condition gives a gross saleable return of Rs.50,000/- and total input cost is to estimated to be about Rs.20,000/- per acres. The green industry product is aimed at changing the land used and ensure modern day agriculture using agricultural machinery as well as other related technology from going to harvesting. It is a conservative estimate the on an average per acres return may be raised to 150% to 200% through timely cropping, double cropping, relay cropping and multiple coping to the best extent as may be possible. This will be realized by crop diversification. And also by developing the production of poultry, dairy, piggeries, modern fishery, apiculture (It is a rearing of Honeybees) and also composting of the different farm-and-village level wastes and refuses. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM AND TECHNICAL DETAILS :- The objective of the program are :- € Increasing significantly the net profit earning through adopting modern farming systems be a valiantly agreement to transfer the control management and use of available including water bodies to the company name green industry through formal legal agreement. € The company is daily rated engaged in the land, animal husbandry and other activities of all suitable bodies members under the control and management.
15. € Depending upon financial load and risk to be taken by the company director, the profit or lose in every calendar year will be very fairly worked out and accordingly dividends reasonably will be allowed to be participating farmers. This will be over their wedge earning. € In this farming not only different field and other crops will be produced but also other farming as stated will also be done and profit out of them will be the part of total income or profit. For this advice, counselling will be taken from the experts from agriculture, horticulture, fishery and animal husbandry. The possibilities of silveculture and sericulture will be exploited. OUTLINE OF TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT TO START AND RUN THE PROCESS DURING THE TIMES 2 TO 3 YEARS :- This proposal make sit a requirement that the cost of agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry etc. will have to born by the company, it will be necessary to have considerable amount of fund as initial fund for he minimum infrastructure development and also for melting the cost of all kinds of inputs including the labour wages. A rough cost estimate of Rs.15 to 20 thousand per acres as minimum and infrastructure development requirement of Rs.400 lakhs will be possible. There may consider to be mobilised from financial institution including support of state government.
16. The infrastructure may be developed in phases over a period of 2 to 3 years. Since the water bodies and levelling of lands is one time investment so the infrastructure is developed in phases so that we can get profit from the starting year. Starting profit is low but after developing infrastructure the profit is increased.
