Developing facilitation as a deep capability requires more than
workshop time. Facilitation is a practice art. Our program of
continuing support turns the acquisition of real skills in the
workshops into real practice in the workplace.

How we deliver this training
All of our training is based on real-world experience and actual
situations. We take the theory and make it work for you by
using your actual facilitation needs as the basis for workshop
preparation and practice.
Participants will practice, try some things and apply the
techniques and their learnings to opportunities for facilitation
that are coming up.
We support the transfer of learning through comprehensive
facilitation mentoring and coaching, and guidance for participant
managers on how to make best use of these newly-developed
skills.
