- MROmarketplace.com is an online B2B website that facilitates aircraft maintenance transactions for aircraft owners & operators by providing a platform for them to post their maintenance projects online (full workscope & related RFP/RFQ documentation) to receive inquiries & quotes from MRO service providers in real time. MROmarketplace.com enables owner-operators to more fully canvass the global MRO market and identify the best MRO or aviation service provider for their maintenance projects. By obtaining multiple maintenance quotes in a shorter timeframe, owner/operators can quickly compare & evaluate which MRO is most capable and available for a project and reduce lead time. Our website makes money two ways- first, by charging a one-time fee to an aircraft owner operator each time they post a maintenance project, and second by charging subscription fees to MROs to access the details of posted maintenance projects. MROmarketplace.com is a growing and identifiable brand and domain name in the aviation industry. If there is one key point for you to remember about our startup, it is this-, there is currently no established, centralized website that links the MRO global market together for the purpose of facilitating aircraft maintenance transactions. - The manner in which aircraft owners/operators identify MROs for their maintenance projects remains outdated and inefficient. Many owner/operators limit their MRO options because they don’t fully canvass the global market to identify the best MRO for their maintenance project. Typically, a single MRO is utilized or a limited group of MROs are solicited via an RFP. As a result, owner operators are neglecting many alternative MRO service providers who may submit a quote with more preferable terms or slot. MROs are adding certifications and capabilities, but many owner operators aren’t aware of these additions.
