This document discusses how companies can amplify and measure the impact of their corporate social responsibility programs through social media. It provides five tips: 1) lead from the top and bottom levels of an organization; 2) be consistent in social media engagement; 3) communicate and share about CSR initiatives; 4) invest in social media efforts; and 5) leverage customers as advocates by having fun and engaging conversations online.
