Irritation, pain and a burning sensation are all part of acid reflux. Acid reflux can be so painful
you cannot function. The causes of acid reflux are many and varied. Luckily, so are the ways
to treat it. Keep reading for helpful acid reflux advice.

will make your symptoms even worse. Wear loose clothing instead while you're focusing on
battling those unsettling symptoms. If you insist on wearing a belt, be sure it is loose.


If you suffer from acid reflux then you understand how difficult it can be to eat foods such as
pizza and spaghetti. Adding sugar to tomato sauces may help mitigate the negative affects.
The sauce will be sweeter and more easily digested.


When acid reflux flares, wear loose garments. Tight clothes will put tension and stress on
your stomach. When things get bad, get read to get rid of them quick! If you plan to consume
a sizable meal, consider donning loose, comfy attire before you sit down to eat.
