At HomeCare Connexions, we bear the welfare of the clients in mind. We therefore carefully screen
the candidates and come up with the best match for every household, given prior description. By
doing the screening, we take away the burden of having to go through numerous applications that
are submitted by nannies and caregivers, as some of these applicants do not meet your primary
requirements. The screening that we do is especially very essential to the households that need the
nannies or caregivers within a short period of time.

2. After we have acquired the description of the client, we look through the candidates available in our
pool, if the match is available, then we provide the description and hook up the client to the
candidate. If the described candidate is not in our pool, then we search for the best candidate for
the position, screen the candidate and link the candidate to the client. This in turn saves the client
the time that would have otherwise been wasted in looking through dozens of qualifications for the
perfect match, while it also saves the candidate of going from one place to the other to look for an
appropriate employer.
