The disciples went away and found a colt tied at a door in an open street. They loosed the colt, representing how Jesus sets people free who are bound without Him. As the Door, Jesus is the way into salvation and eternal life. Through faith in Christ, believers are no longer outside of Him but "in Christ" and He dwells within them, setting them free from sin's power and condemnation.
