Fierce head to head competition is the tendency
in most markets nowadays, certainly if you are a
global player. Companies continually quest to be
a more reliable, sustainable and differentiated
entity in their markets. But to realize this and
the requisite change pointed out to be not an
easy task to manage.
Crisis brings the opportunity and forces to do things differently. It seems out that
more and more companies redefine their purpose, try to create new (shared)
stakeholder values, not only profit. per se. They find new strategies and
corresponding (commercial) planning and control. It looks if these initiatives come
from a mix of ideals of good citizenship and a broader stakeholder value-led
thinking. We expect these initiatives will drive the next wave of innovation and
productivity growth in the global economy. But more important for all company
leaders, learning how to manage and create these new and shared values is the
best chance to legitimize their business and authorities again.
More2spot would like to contribute and inspire these leaders to create new
customer values and management approaches in a broader way. Our belief is that
companies can only do this if they consider broader social influences, adopt a long
term - all stakeholder approach within they deduct a shared purpose.
By writing and publishing More2spot has the ambition to give insights to new and
innovative approaches of management and value creation, especially in the field of
sales, marketing, customer support and innovation (customer performance). We
link these new management paths of success to state of the art technology and
automation tooling. Because we think technology and automation will be the break
through keys to sustainable value creation and change in which people do business
and realize bottom line improvements for customers. Enable leadership, relations,
value creation and make strategies work real to happy customers!
