Lifestyle Income Leadership Bonus: The Leadership Bonus is a pool established from  10% of all new distributors ’  initial PV .  The total sum of this pool at the end of each quarter will be shared across all distributors who were qualified as Director or Executive during each month of the quarter.  The Director or Executive must maintain at least 50,000 OV each month of the quarter to qualify. The pool is split according to the total Organizational Volume (OV) of each Director or Executive as a percentage of the total OV represented by this group. Presidential Bonus Pool Total Organizational Volume Lifestyle Income Presidential Bonus ( 2% Global ): Each quarter a bonus pool will be paid equal to 2% of the company ’s global Organization Volume (OV).  The pool will be paid to all those who qualified as Presidential during each month of the quarter.  The Presidential must maintain at least 100,000 OV each month of the quarter to qualify.
