1. ART and healthy lifestyle Comenius

2. To start with… We met in groups from Secondary School and Primary School to create posters which will encourage, advertise and introduce healthy life style. We have started with distributing the tasks and creating plans.

3. Examples in Art… Then students presented prepared information about healthy lifestyle and their own ideas and conclusions. We discussed found in music and paintingreferences to lifestyle and feeding.

4. What is a poster? We have collected examples of posters. After that we discussed the way in which authors encourage to watch their new exhibitions, films, plays. Moreover, we answered the main question ‘What is a poster’.

6. Izabela Halska, Kamila Dębecka: „Our poster depicts transformed SLOW FOOD logo. It is an organisation and movement ,whose members are interested in saving traditional cuisine of various regions of the world, SLOW FOOD is the opposite of Fast Food. We would like to show you that healthy lifestyle doesn’t hurt!! So mind what you eat, how you eat and how you live.”

7. Monika Mocherek, Magdalena Chalewicz, Agnieszka Gontarz: „The main part of our poster is a heart - shaped apple. An apple symbolises healthy feeding and following on from this healthy lifestyle.The heart (as we all know) is a symbol of love - also love to oneself. By connecting these two elements we wanted to tell you: Love yourself and respect your body!!” DO IT FOR YOURSELF!!

8. Magdalena Koźmin, Paulina Senior, Anna Żyła, Weronika Ganobis, Patrycja Wijaczka : „By our poster we want to encourage you to remember that what you eat affects your life. Remember „YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!”

9. Martyna Roczkalska, Alina Banasik, Paulina Stasiowska: „We want to tell you: „Start thinking about sport as something useful. All you need is a bit of strong will and you can be healthier, stronger and happier!!” SPORT IS HEALTH – FOR SURE!!

10. Kacper Gniadek, Klaudia Skorupka, Paweł Radko, Martyna Brzęczek, Kamil Karlikowski: CHANGE YOUR LIFE INTO HEALTHIER Comenius Art Classesbroughtuscloser to theideas of healthylifestyle. We havealsolearnthow to create a poster. Our poster encouragesstudents and otherpeople to takecare of their health.

11. LITERATUREand healthy lifestyle Comenius

12. Patrycja Wijaczka, Karolina Bolek, Ania Żyła, Paulina Senior We started this project because we love literature. We also wanted to show how much you can find in the books about feeding and lifestyle- healthy and unhealthy and how important it is which lifestyle you choose.

13. Authors’ reflections… We searched in novels, poems, scientific literature and dietary guides. We met many funny advice for healthy life. We have also found descriptions of what can happen if you do not feed properly in „Veronika decides to die” by Paulo Coelho

14. Ania Żyła: Then we highligthed how important it is to live healthily

15. Patrycja Wijaczka: In the end we have created the book „ Feeding and lifestyle in the literature” which you can see on the photo.

16. Karolina Bolek: „Our book consists of two chapters: Healthy lifestyle Unhealthy lifestyle in the literature

17. Paulina Senior summed up: „We are really happy with the results of our work. While creating the album we have widened our knowledge. Now we know more about how to live healthily.
