This document outlines a three-phase framework for evaluating game prototypes with the goal of recognizing those with potential. Phase 1 involves developing one-page ideas that are evaluated based on clear concept specification and estimated market potential. Phase 2 has prototypes scored on metrics like intuitiveness, replayability, and meaningful choice through techniques like user testing. Phase 3 further develops prototypes and assesses depth of design, extendibility, and engagement through internal and Facebook testing groups. The framework aims to identify prototypes worth continuing development through phases of increasing refinement and evaluation.
