Shovel called for a clean-up.
Rubber tire dozer came around trucks to give
clean-up.
First truck thought he needed to back up to give
dozer some room and made radio call to inform
other trucks of his intentions.
Second truck acknowledged and started to back
up to give first truck room.
Second truck did not see third truck in mirrors
and back into third truck, trapping operator who
was out and behind cab.
