PODCASTS:
A podcast is a digital audio or video file that is episodic;
downloadable; program-driven, mainly with a host and/or
theme; and convenient. (sometimes called net cast)

1. AUDIO PODCASTS : (we will create with the help[ of
free soft ware Audacity)

2. VIDEO PODCASTS (vidcasts) : (we will create with the
help of default software Windows Moviemaker)

WIKI:

BLOG:
A blog (web log) is a type of website or part of a website
supposed to be updated with new content from time to
time. Blogs are usually maintained by an individual with
regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or
other material such as graphics or video. Entries are
commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order

A website (site) is a collection of related web pages containing
images, videos or other digital assets. A website is
accessible via a network such as the Internet or a private
local area network through an Internet address known as a
Uniform Resource Locator (URL).

RSS:
RSS feeds provide you the updated content on a website

What can your students do through VC?
With your arrangements your students can:
 get a chance to listen an expert view ;
 learn from a foreign teacher;
 interact and exchange views with other students;
 promote an academic good will

1. Tell students to interview some personality
through video conferencing , and then to
present that interview in class.
2. Exchange their ideas on some particular
topic.

Audacity

initially.
You can change Wordpress or some other
webhosting service to create other blogs

Project preparation : day 4
 To start working on your website make sure you have the
following with you:
- Your Power Point presentation ;
- Your downloaded video/audio files that you want to embed or
insert;
- Your own audio video podcasts;
- Your teaching material in MS Word;
- Your memory stick to save and keep your work.
If you do not have your own presentation or teaching material to
work on, you will be using a sample of video/audio files that I
will provide.
(so do not panic if you do not have something ready for that
day!).
