2. Michael Neumann
1) I have been involved in CESA for 4 years
and I have had the privilege of being
President this academic year, which has
allowed me to gain familiarity with all
aspects of CESA such as social events, to
professional development opportunities.
2) This year I am currently the Trent University
Sociology Collective President. This
position has broadened my experiences of
working with student groups in a setting
which was different than CESA.
3) Last summer I worked at a camp as a
Family Programmer. My portfolio included
organizing a wide variety of programs for
approximately 350 to 400 campers. This
experience allowed me to strengthen my
programming and organization skills which
would be transferable to the ESS position.
