Building muscles demand time, effort, patience and
   consistency. Even so, there are some steps that if you
 follow can help you build those muscles within a shorter
 period of time. The key is to have a good diet, engage in
the appropriate exercise and get enough rest to give your

How To Build Muscles Fast
Get Professional Advice: Before you embark on any
muscle-building program, it is recommended that you seek
 advice from the fitness instructor at your gym. They are
  very knowledgeable in this area, and should be able to
 suggest workouts and exercises that will be suitable for
 your body type. In addition, they can give you tricks and
  insights on how to perform those exercises to help you
                   build muscles faster.
Eat Right: Most people especially novices make the
    mistake of cutting down food when they are about to
  embark on bodybuilding. This is entirely wrong. Muscle-
      building is a strenuous and rigorous activity and as
 such, you need to increase your intake of food especially
    your calorie and protein intake. In as much as you are
advised to increase your intake of calories, you are advised
    to eat the healthy ones. Instead of eating foods made
   from processed carbs, get your carbs from whole foods
    like whole grains, brown rice, oats etc. Your fat intake
 should be from fish oil, nuts, sunflower oil etc. Increasing
your protein intake is very vital. Proteins are very essential
    for bodybuilding and they help to build up the muscle
 component of the body. Proteins are also needed for the
     repair of worn out tissues. You can get proteins from
Good Workout Routine: Once you have gotten a suitable
  workout plan from your fitness instructor, you can then
start with the exercises. Endeavor to strictly adhere to the
 routine given to you by the instructor. It is normal for the
workout to be a bit slow and tedious during the first week.
 Do not be discouraged because at this point, your body is
still adjusting to the routine and it is also getting ready for
the subsequent heavier exercises you will undertake later.
 So it is important that you follow this workout religiously
and follow it in the right way. Good warm up such as push-
 ups, pull ups and dips is recommended before the actual
 workout, because it helps to prepare your body and get it
ready for other exercises. Do not lift weights heavier than
 your body mass. Also learn how to do the exercises in the
  right way otherwise, you might end up spending more
