energy and nutrition. I know I told you there were 80 recipes but I thought to throw in a few more as
a bonus for you.
The vast majority of these recipes only call for basic fruits and vegetables that can purchased at your
local grocery store. Other than that, you’ll need a good blender or food processor to blend everything
together. Most of the recipes also don’t include water so feel free to add some to make the smoothie
more or less runny.
As I’ve already mentioned, smoothies are such an easy way to start eating (or should I say drinking)
raw foods.
