My example 168 hours in a week (24 * 7) 41 hours @ work 6.25 hours commuting 7 hours bathing/dressing/grooming 5.25 hours eating (15 min/meal, 3 meals) 5.25 hours cooking 46.5 hours of sleep (bad Jess!) 56.75 hours for mind/body/soul/social balance, chores & obligations, community building/organizing…and playing on Twitter/FB
15. Your best friend Grid-based calendar Displays “blocks” of time Offline (paper) or online Block out essential activities Schedule your “personal time” Schedule your “project time”
16. Your other best friend… A Deadline!!! This gives you a date that you can procrastinate towards ;)
