2. As you can see there is a flow of
combination in my main products
and ancillary text as it has many
similar forms and conventions to
each other. Another is that the
media products all flow well
together and have a feel of each
other as the headlines are similar
along with images, adverts, stories,
colour and text.
All 4 media products I created;
newspaper, inside page, website
and poster all go well together as
they go well together and have a
combination by the style. My
media products and ancillary text
both flow well with each other as
the poster is a good
representation of the newspaper.
3. All 4 of my products have similar
combination, they all have the
same masthead to indicate the
newspaper. Leaving the audience
who read know what kind of paper
it is and what type it is.
The combinations are effective as
both my newspapers front, inside
page and website and ancillary
texts have the masthead which will
let the audience know as the
combination of all these three let
the audience know they are inter
linked.
4. As you can see there is an effective combination between my newspapers
front cover and inside page. Both of the pages are interlinked and you can see
the comparisons they both share . Both of these papers have similar images in
there. The image of the ‘Snow Day’ in the front cover is also features in the
inside page this shows comparisons and another combination was the
adverts, the recycling advert is also on both pages along with the cash for gold
advert. Many adverts are always added in newspapers. This combination is
effective as it lets the audience know there's more inside the paper. This is
uniting different uses together to function as they work well.
5. My poster and my main product combine very well together. My poster is titled
‘Brent News’ simple and can be easily remembered. My poster shows a street sign
and it states BRENT NEWS are the title of my newspaper but also it states the area
code along with the London borough logo. This combination is effective as my
newspaper product is all about northwest London. The combination to the poster is
effective as it gives off a local vibe, also the front page of the newspaper is also on
the poster, letting the audience know how the issue looks like. This combination is
effective as when the audience picture it up they identify it straight away. The
poster also is linked with the theme of my newspaper as the motto on it states
‘News Right Up Your Street’ telling the audience it’s a local newspaper straight
away as its about there local area. The website shows many forms of synergy as it
has many videos, apps, stories, networking timelines which make it flow. Also the
colour schema is the same in all 4 of my product which make it flow.
6. The poster reinforces the other throw synergy as it helps the brand to flow well together and
they help each other. Both front pages and poster reinforce the house style and the
combination between both of them combines the two products together as they support each
other and represent each other as there working together. The whole idea of synergy is to
combine products together to make them represent each other, the poster has an image of
my newspaper in front of it informing people which copy to pick up and how it looks like.
7. My newspaper website contains a big amount of synergy as it
features; videos, radio, online networking, apps and more.
The incaution of video, radio, networking, apps and more
creates synergy within my products as it branches out to a wider
audiences. For example younger audiences are more likely to
have the newspaper app where as older audiences are more
likely to go onto the radio or read the actual newspaper. All the
synergies combine well together as the flow of the newspaper
and other products all interline with one another. The website
link and the iPhone app is also features on the newspaper as a
sign of promotion as it lets the audiences know where to go, this
combination works well as it branches out and also the apps
and video branch out and the synergy on the website work well
together as the multi media aspect reach out to many audiences
as some may prefer to read and others to watch and listen.
The website itself ranches out and also the poster lets the
audience know where to go also as it has a website link to the
audience and a picture of the newspaper. This is effective as the
combination of all 4 products help eachother.

10. The combination to all 4 of my products were very effective as it was all very multi
media and also the colour and language was very similar, my local newspaper
and website and poster all flow well together as they have similar features along
with similar images and much more all 4 products go well together.
The products are very effective as they go well together and have many
conventions, forms and functions of real media product and the combination
between all 4 of them is effective as they go well together.
