Flowchart of my short film idea

Idea flow chart
Scene 1
The initial scene of the short film with begin with the main character (Teenager)
messing with a camera that he just got, The scene will mainly consist of him
messing with the zoom and looking at the camera in the mirror, He will then be
told to hurry up, He will then do his tie in the mirror and his mom will walk in
the room coughing, As she walks in the main character quickly turns the camera
off.
Scene 2 (short clip)
The next scene will be set in school where the main character and his friends are
all sitting around a table talking when the teacher catches them messing around
with the camera they quickly turn it off.
Scene 3
The next scene will be set outside school where the character and his friends are
on the way home and are messing about on the way, Some things that I will have
present in the scene will be people in the background who will be walking past
the group who are coughing. One friend (Sam) in the group will get sneezed on
and will push the person who sneezed him aside. The scene will end with the
main character splitting from his friends and turning off the camera.
Scene 4 (Short Clip)
In this clip the camera will randomly turn on as the main character puts the
camera down, after putting the camera down on his desk he will dive on his bed
and check his phone for a second and get back up. He then realises that the
camera is recording and turns it off.
Scene 5
This scene will again take place in school and the main character will be walking
with one of his friends and will ask where the other two friends are (Sam and
Jacob) his friend will say that Sam said he will sick and won’t come in today,
They then notice Jacob waiting by the classroom although he’s wearing a white
surgical face mask, Wondering what it is they ask why he’s wearing and he
replies that his mums paranoid about him getting sick will the flu that’s going
around.
Scene 6
This scene will take place after school and the group of friends will make their
way home, the one friend who will say he’s going to go on ahead to drop some
coursework off to Sam’s house, They then all split off to go home. Arriving home
the main character hears the home phone ringing, he calls out to his mum to tell
her to answer the phone, The phone then goes to answer machine and he hears
his mums friend saying that his mums just checking into to the hospital she’ll
probably be back later.
Scene 7
The main character is walking with one of his friends in school, He seems in an
upset mood so his friend tries to start a conversation, He says that Sams been

admitted into hospital and they say Ryan’s in critical condition, He then asks if
he’s alright and he replies with anger and he shouts at his friend. They then get
stopped by the teacher in the hallway and tell the main character that they want
him in student services.
Scene 8
In this scene the teacher will ask the Spencer how he’s been and hows he’s been
coping, Spencer then asks what this is about and that he can tell Mr. Williams
that he’ll give the tasks in next week. The teacher then asks did you not hear
about you mother passing away last night. The scene then has an eerie silence
and cuts to black.
Scene 9 (Short Scene)
This last scene will take place in the main character bedroom with him recording
himself, He stays to talking to the camera and gets angry and wonders why it has
to be him that loses everyone, And He the smashes the camera in a fit of rage.
