- An example of innovation is Jay Myers’ work with Linked Data at Best Buy.\n\nThey’ve got thousands of “open-box” products which are difficult to track.\n\nSetting up a very simple service (it’s a blog!) with metadata about all the open boxes at each store lets Best Buy track something it wasn’t able to do before.\n\nIt’s a hint at the kind of internal business intelligence that’s possible with Linked Data.\n\nIt’s also an example of incremental improvement (There really is a lot of overlap here :) ).\n
