"Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah, he"Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah, he
will be credited with a good deed, and a good deedwill be credited with a good deed, and a good deed
gets a ten-fold reward. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mimgets a ten-fold reward. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim
is one letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter andis one letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and
Mim is a letter.“Mim is a letter.“

“So to that [religion of Allah –Al-Islam] invite [all mankind],
and remain on a right course as you are commanded and do
not follow their inclinations but say, "I believe in the Book
which Allah has sent down and I have been commanded to
exercise justice among you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord.
Each of us will be responsible for his own deeds. Let there be
no disputes among us. Allah will bring us all together and to
Him we shall all return.”
(Qur’an: ash-Shura: 42: 15)

And say: "Work (righteousness): soon will Allah observe yourAnd say: "Work (righteousness): soon will Allah observe your
work, and His Messenger and the Believers: soon will ye bework, and His Messenger and the Believers: soon will ye be
brought back to the knower of what is hidden and what is open:brought back to the knower of what is hidden and what is open:
then will He show you the truth of all that ye did."then will He show you the truth of all that ye did."

““And thus have We willed you to be a community of the middleAnd thus have We willed you to be a community of the middle

““And who could be better of speech than he who calls [hisAnd who could be better of speech than he who calls [his
fellow-men] unto Allah, and does what is just and right, andfellow-men] unto Allah, and does what is just and right, and
says, “Verily, I am of those who have surrendered themselvessays, “Verily, I am of those who have surrendered themselves
to Allah (as Muslims)?to Allah (as Muslims)?““

““But [since] good and evil cannot be equal, repel thou [evil] withBut [since] good and evil cannot be equal, repel thou [evil] with
something that is better and lo! he between whom and thyself wassomething that is better and lo! he between whom and thyself was
enmity [may then become] as though he had [always] been closeenmity [may then become] as though he had [always] been close
[unto thee], a true friend![unto thee], a true friend!““

““Yet [to achieve] this is not given to any but those who are wont toYet [to achieve] this is not given to any but those who are wont to
be patient in adversity (be patient in adversity (SwSwOBIRUNOBIRUN): it is not given to any but those): it is not given to any but those
endowed with the greatest good fortuneendowed with the greatest good fortune!!““

Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬‫ﷺ‬ said:

““Be conscious of [and be fearful of sinning against]Be conscious of [and be fearful of sinning against]
Allah (Allah (TAQWATAQWA) wherever you may be, and follow-up) wherever you may be, and follow-up
whatever misdeeds you may have committed (aswhatever misdeeds you may have committed (as
reparation) by doing (more) righteous deeds (for these)reparation) by doing (more) righteous deeds (for these)
shall efface them (the negative effect of thoseshall efface them (the negative effect of those
misdeeds), and interact with people in the best mannermisdeeds), and interact with people in the best manner
of disposition (i.e. adopt a noble character -of disposition (i.e. adopt a noble character -AKHLAQAKHLAQ).”).”

““The best ones amongst you is the person who makes your rememberThe best ones amongst you is the person who makes your remember
Allah when you look upon him; and whenever he speaks it increasesAllah when you look upon him; and whenever he speaks it increases
you your knowledge (of the Deen), and with his deeds it inspiresyou your knowledge (of the Deen), and with his deeds it inspires
(motivates) you to strive for your Hereafter.”(motivates) you to strive for your Hereafter.”

”” Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah (ProphetYe have indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Prophet
Muhammad s.a.w.) a beautiful pattern (of conduct) forMuhammad s.a.w.) a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for
anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and whoanyone whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who
engages much in the praise of Allah. “engages much in the praise of Allah. “

(When) ‘A-isha r.a. was asked as to the Prophet’s(When) ‘A-isha r.a. was asked as to the Prophet’s
s.a.a.w. disposition (s.a.a.w. disposition (AKHLAQAKHLAQ) she replied:) she replied:
““(His nature or disposition) is the Qur’an”.(His nature or disposition) is the Qur’an”.

What Allah SWT said about Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬‫ﷺ‬ :

““The essence of virtue is (manifested in) good Akhlaq
(Disposition; nature; moral uprightness; character etc.).”.”

““And when Allah guides a single person (to Islam), throughAnd when Allah guides a single person (to Islam), through
you (with your sincere effort), (the reward) for you isyou (with your sincere effort), (the reward) for you is

MOSTMOST
COMPASSIONATE,COMPASSIONATE,

““MAKE due allowance for man's nature (by forgiving them),MAKE due allowance for man's nature (by forgiving them),
KHU - DZIL – ‘AF-WAKHU - DZIL – ‘AF-WA

“It is part of the Mercy of Allah that thou dost deal
gently with them Wert thou severe or harsh-hearted,
they would have broken away from about thee: so pass
over (Their faults), and ask for (Allah's) forgiveness for
them; and consult them in affairs (of moment). Then,
when thou hast Taken a decision put thy trust in Allah.
For Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him).”
(Qur’an: Aali ‘Imran: 3: 159)

MOSTMOST
COMPASSIONATE,COMPASSIONATE,
MOST MERCIFULMOST MERCIFUL
The Messenger of Allah ‫ﷺ‬‫ﷺ‬ said:
“Make it easy, do not make it difficult; convey glad-tidings and
do not cause them to run (away from this Deen).”
AN-NASEEHAH
““Sincere advice”Sincere advice”

““and enjoin the doing of what is right;and enjoin the doing of what is right;
WA’-MUR – BIL – ’URFWA’-MUR – BIL – ’URF

“BEHOLD, Allah enjoins justice (‘ADL), and the doing of
good (IHSAN), and generosity towards [one's] fellow-men
(ITAA-A-DZIL-QURBA); and He forbids all that is shameful
(FAH-SHAA-I)and all that runs counter to reason
(MUNKAR), as well as envy or oppression (BAGHYI); [and]
He exhorts you [repeatedly] so that you might bear [all
this] in mind.).”
(Qur’an: An-Nahlu: 16: 90)

“And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk
upon the earth easily (gently, humbly), and when the ignorant
address them [harshly], they say [words of SALAAM] peace,”
(Qur’an: Furqan: 25: 63)

“And [know that true servants of the Most Merciful are only] those
who never bear witness to what is false, and [who], whenever they
pass by [people engaged in] frivolity, pass on with dignity;”
(Qur’an: Furqan: 25: 72)

““And if it should happen that a prompting from SatanAnd if it should happen that a prompting from Satan
stirs thee up [to blind anger],stirs thee up [to blind anger], seek refuge with Allahseek refuge with Allah::
behold, He is all-hearing, all-knowing.”behold, He is all-hearing, all-knowing.”

“Verily, they who are conscious of [and fear] Allah (TAQWA)
bethink themselves [make DZIKR’ : remembrance of Allah]
whenever any dark suggestion from Satan touches them -
whereupon, lo! they begin to see [things] clearly, ””

““even though their [godless] brethren would [like to] draw themeven though their [godless] brethren would [like to] draw them
into error: and then they cannot fail [to do what is right]. ”into error: and then they cannot fail [to do what is right]. ”

““And yet, when thou [O Prophet] dost not produce anyAnd yet, when thou [O Prophet] dost not produce any
miracle for them, some [people] say, "Why dost thou notmiracle for them, some [people] say, "Why dost thou not
seek to obtain it [from Allah]?seek to obtain it [from Allah]?
Say: "Say: "I only follow whatever is being revealed to me byI only follow whatever is being revealed to me by
my Sustainermy Sustainer: this [revelation] is a means of insight from: this [revelation] is a means of insight from
your Sustainer, and a guidance and grace unto peopleyour Sustainer, and a guidance and grace unto people
who will believe.”who will believe.”

““Hence, when the Qur'an is voiced (i.e. being recited),Hence, when the Qur'an is voiced (i.e. being recited), hearkenhearken
unto it, and listen in silenceunto it, and listen in silence, so that you might be graced with, so that you might be graced with
[Allah's] mercy."[Allah's] mercy."

““And remember your Lord (i.e. engage inAnd remember your Lord (i.e. engage in DZIKRDZIKR) within) within
yourself inyourself in humility and in fear without raising your voicehumility and in fear without raising your voice - in- in

““Behold, those who are near unto thy Sustainer are never tooBehold, those who are near unto thy Sustainer are never too
proud to worship Him; and they extol His limitless gloryproud to worship Him; and they extol His limitless glory

Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that whichOur Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which
You laid upon those before us.You laid upon those before us.
Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have noOur Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no
ability to bear.ability to bear.
And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us.And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us.
You are our protector, so give us victory over theYou are our protector, so give us victory over the
disbelieving people."disbelieving people."

ROB-BANAA- AN-FA’-NAA -BI-MAA- ‘AL-LAM-TA-NAA
O our Lord! Make us to benefit from what You have taught us.

ROB-BI –’AL-LIM- NAL- LA-DzEE- YAN-FA- ‘U-NA
O Lord! Teach us whatever that is beneficial for us.

ROB-BI –FAQ-QIH-NAA -WA -FAQ-QIH – AH-LA-NAA
O Lord! Grant upon us profound understanding,
(as also grant upon) our family members.
.

WA –QO-RAA-BAA-TIN-LA-NAA -FEE -DEE-NI-NAA
MA-’ A -AH-LIL-QUTw-RI- UN-THA - WA DzA-KAR
And also to those in the Faith who are close to us ,
Amongst fellow citizens, the female and the male.

ALLAA-HUM-MAJ- ’AL-NAA - HAA-DEE-NAA - MUH-TA-DEEN
O Allah! Make us to be people who guide (others) and
who are (always) guided (by Your Guidance) .

GHOY-RA- DwAA-L-LEE-NA WA - LAA- MU-DwIL-LEENGHOY-RA- DwAA-L-LEE-NA WA - LAA- MU-DwIL-LEEN
Not of those who are astray and who lead people astray.Not of those who are astray and who lead people astray.

ALLAA-HUM - MAH-DI-NAA BI – HU-DAAK
O Allah! Guide us all with Your Guidance.

WAJ-’AL-NAA MIM-MAN - YU-SAA - RI-’U – FEE - RI-DwAAK
And make us people who hasten towards what pleases You.

WA- LAA TUWAL-LI-NAA - WA-LIY-YAN SI-WAAKWA- LAA TUWAL-LI-NAA - WA-LIY-YAN SI-WAAK
And do not let us be protected (by others) exceptAnd do not let us be protected (by others) except
only with Your Protection (as our Guardian).only with Your Protection (as our Guardian).

WA- LAA TAJ-’AL –NAA - MIM-MAN - KHAA-LAFAWA- LAA TAJ-’AL –NAA - MIM-MAN - KHAA-LAFA
AM-RAKA WA- ‘A- SwAAKAM-RAKA WA- ‘A- SwAAK
And do not make us to be of those who differ fromAnd do not make us to be of those who differ from
Your command and are disobedient towards You.Your command and are disobedient towards You.

WA-WA- HHAS - BU-NALLAA-HU - WA NI’-MAL - WA-KEELAS - BU-NALLAA-HU - WA NI’-MAL - WA-KEEL
And sufficient is Allah for us, for He is the Best Protector.And sufficient is Allah for us, for He is the Best Protector.

WA- LAA -WA- LAA - HHAW- LA -WA –LAA -QUW-WATA - IL-LAAAW- LA -WA –LAA -QUW-WATA - IL-LAA
BIL-LAA – HIL - ‘ALEE-YIL - ‘A-ZEEMBIL-LAA – HIL - ‘ALEE-YIL - ‘A-ZEEM
And there is no power nor strength except with AllahAnd there is no power nor strength except with Allah
The Most High, the Most Esteem.The Most High, the Most Esteem.

WA- SwOL-LALLAA-HU- ‘ALAA SAY-DI-NAA - MUHAMMADIN
WA ‘ALAA – AA-LIHI -WA SwOH-BI-HI - WA-SAL-LAM
And salutations of Allah and Peace be upon our
Leader Muhammad, and upon His household
and Companions .

WAL-WAL-HHAM- DU-LIL-LAA-HI - ROB- BIL - ‘AA – LA – MEE-NAM- DU-LIL-LAA-HI - ROB- BIL - ‘AA – LA – MEE-N
