3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warranty Twelve (12) months or 2000 hours whichever came first from the date of
commissioning of the generator(s) against any manufacturing defect.
Testing Standard Standard factory testing.
Documentation Supply of installation drawings and manuals.
Payment:
In case of procurement on F.O.R basis
a) 100% of the contract value to be paid in advance.
b) Warranty void if the payment not be made according to terms & in
time,
Transportation: Transportation will be charged as per actual.
Validity: Prices are valid for a period of 15 days
Tax/Duties: F.O.R prices based on today's (26-03-2011) rate of exchange, duties,
taxes, surcharge, etc. Any change in the quoted prices due to the act of
Government, devaluation in currency and/or any kind of taxes/duties
imposed by the Government/local authorities during the Validity Period
will be to the buyers account.

Spare Parts: We guarantee supply of Spare Parts for the offered set.
Installation: Our quoted prices for diesel generating set are exclusive of Installation
Charges of the equipment. Installation charges will be quoted after
complete site inspection.
Service Facilities: After Sale Services will be provided from our fully equipped workshop in
all the major cities as well as from mobile workshop and branch offices at
Islamabad and Lahore and liaison offices in all major cities in Pakistan.
Commissioning commissioning will be done by Adamjee Diesel Engg. otherwise warranty
will stand void.
Order Cancellation In case of order cancellation from buyer ADEPL reserves the right to
charge stocking fee of 5% of the selling price of respective equipment.
Transfer of Title Notwithstanding anything contained herein until the entire contract price
has been paid, title to the contracted goods shall remain with Adamjee
Diesel Engg. Pak. (Pvt.) Ltd. In case of any default in payment terms the
seller shall have the right to repossess the equipment.
