15. As an eBay member, the user is responsible for ALL of their actions (however they arise). Even if the member’s account becomes hijacked and misused.
16. In most cases when an item has been sold, the buyer has created a legally binding contract with that other member.
17. Protection for others!A person who provides a free email account (Hotmail, Gmail) upon registration, MUST either provide a PayPal account or Credit Card details as additional information
18. As a member, the user is considered by eBay to have accepted the changes in terms in any policy change just by logging in (whether they are aware of these changes or not!)
19. Any products and content that are listed must be the members own work or work that the member is legally entitled to use.

With 3 hours left, he navigates away from eBay to look at some pornography at www.porno.com. eBay now know John has gone to www.porno.com to look at some pornography.
35. If eBay merge or were to be bought by another business, members’ information is more than likely to be shared
36. If an eBay member is under investigation, eBay will hand over all of that member’s person information to law enforcement or other government officials.
37. In the event the member ends their account with eBay, don’t expect eBay to remove all of their personal details from eBay’s database. This is due to “technical constraints” and that eBay back-up all data.
44. If the user is caught for not obeying these terms or just disagrees with them...
45. eBay has every right to temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate that users membership
