have understood the concept well and have applied it properly. For example, rather than
saying something like, “in chapter 1 I learned about what management is and proper
management would minimize resignations, be more specific and demonstrate that you
comprehend the concept well enough to apply it.Thus, your final submission should be 13
paragraphs long, with the first discussing “The Great Resignation” and the following 12 each
