the same law.That means that our government has to
make sure that every child has there right expected.

• Every child has the following rights without distinction of
any kind such as race,sex,colour,language,political or
other opinion, or economic position.

Every chid has special protection,opperchunities and service
that allow his physical,mental,moral, spiritual and social
growth, in a healthy way and in condition of freedom and
dignity

adequate nutrition,

adequate medical
services

development of his or her personality ,
should grow up in a family environment,in
an atmosphere of happiness, of love and
understanding . Public authorities have the
oblication to care for children without a
family or for those without a family or
those without adequate means of support.

• Every children has right to receve
free public education that allows
him to develop his ebilities
,individual judgement and his sense
of moral and social responsibility
and to became an use full member
of the society

• Every child has right to be
assisted and protected first
,in any circumstance

• Every children has to be
protected from all forms of
neglect, cruelty and
exploitation. He won’t be
permitted to work before
