More Mobile using Android or iOS Tablet (iPad or Windows Tablet). Save Time not going from Warehouse dock to office. Reduce Errors entering data directly on Tablet and updating WMS. Visibility of receiving real-time from anywhere. Cost Saving purchasing Tablets instead of additional desktop workstations, notebooks or RF handheld devices.
Viewing inbound routes or orders for today. Searching for an inbound route or order. Viewing details for an inbound route or order. Assigning a dock door. Changing the status. Adding Data Route and Order Configurable Fields QC Data by Route, Order or Product Inbound Line Weight
Truck arrives and immediately check in, assign door and capture data like temperature, condition, driver’s information, seal no., etc… all from the warehouse dock. As items are received, Inventory Control can capture product sensitive data for QC and weights. Once received, update status and send results to Host ERP.
Login (also show logging in to actual tablet) Review screen – shows route summary with list of inbound routes. Route is an inbound truck with multiple inbound orders. If no routes then shows order summary with list of inbound orders. Toggle back and forth between list of routes and orders. Color provides real time progress for the routes and orders – qty received, staged and remainder. Search for route, order or even product on order. Enter data and click search or enter. Enter just partial data. To see details select the route, order or line. Back button for previous screen, or Route Summary or Order Summary go return back to summary with list. Make changes – Not just view information but also make changes. Assign door to order when it arrives at warehouse Change status – open to active or active to finished Enter data – alternate fields, QC data or inbound line item total weight
Image Capture Cycle Counting & Inventory Control Outbound Enhance Inbound Filter by Status (Only Active Routes/Orders) Capture additional data like Country of Origin
